New technology for high-performance products

The new cutting and grinding oils OEMETOL 610 GT and 620 GT are based on oils of the latest generation. In the so-called GTL process, very pure, synthetic and thus, mineral oil-free base oils are generated from natural gas. These are free of organic nitrogen, aromatics, heavy metals, zinc and chlorine compounds.

Both new products, called OEMETOLE, are characterised by a very high flash point and very low emission. That ensures good occupational safety as well as lower consumption. Compared to conventional mineral or hydrocracked oils, the higher lubricating performance and optimised foaming behaviour of OEMETOL 610 GT and 620 GT reduce wear and improve process reliability.

Neat Cutting and Grinding Oils

The neat oils from the HYCUT and OEMETOL product families are based on high-quality base oils and cutting-edge high-performance additives. They are desig¬ned for demanding machining operations and are compatible with a wide range of materials. Excellent lubricity ensures minimum tool wear and high cutting speed. First-rate washing action guarantees cleaner parts and machines. The low-odour and low-emission products contain no zinc, heavy metals or chlorine. HYCUT neat oils also biodegrade quickly and are made from renewable resources.
